Unreasonable Group Theory of Change

Unreasonable exists to re-purpose capitalism. They are an international company that supports a Fellowship for growth-stage entrepreneurs, channels exclusive deal-flow to  investors, and partners with institutions to discover profit in solving global problems.

Unreasonable has previously measured its success based, primarily, on two areas: financial and impact data from the ventures in its community. Having a basic theory of change and impact framework has restricted them from applying for some funding and also being able to clearly communicate their impact internally and externally.

Kore Global was engaged to lead their team through a process to co-design an impact pathway and theory of change that captures their foundational assumptions that bringing together - and leveraging the best of - entrepreneurs', investors', and institutions' knowledge, assets and capabilities can change systems and structures in a never before seen way and an unprecedented scale.

The resulting theory of change represented the broad landscape and deep interconnectivity of their work, which has been instrumental in aligning the company around their shared purpose and impact.
