Liv is an accomplished and purpose-driven operations manager with over 7 years of experience in the social enterprise business and not-for-profit sectors. Hailing from New Zealand, where she made a significant impact as the Executive Officer of YWCA Aotearoa New Zealand, a feminist organization championing female empowerment and closing the country's gender wage gap.

With a degree in Sociology, Liv's work is shaped by her deep understanding of systemic power and inequality. Her expertise spans Business Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.

Liv believes in fostering strong, collaborative relationships, recognizing the significance of promoting a culture of inclusivity as a driving force for successful and sustainable results. She believes in creating environments where every voice is heard and valued.

Liv holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Victoria University of Wellington.
